It does not matter that what number of times a person succeeds or loses, but the thing that matters is his consistency. People who possess the courage to continue are the ones who grow and drive excellence in their work. Satyanarayana Tota is one such person who began from IIT Kharagpur and has attained expertise in the domain of information technology.
After learning from the Indian Institute of Education, Kharagpur, Satyanarayana
Tota joined Jain Irrigation Systems as a Designer Engineer.
While working there, he took the responsibility of designing and executing
sprinkler irrigation systems for several reputed golf courses located in Pune.
After serving there, he worked as an SQA Consultant with a reputed
firm situated in Auckland, New Zealand. Later on, he relocated to the United
States and gave his career another turn with Siebel Systems. Being a senior
software engineer, he took the responsibility of building the Siebel Automation
Framework.
Later, in the year 2006, he moved to Genentech and began to handle
the global automation team. Over there, he took the responsibility of handling
more than a hundred projects. He executed automation frameworks, guidelines for
validation, as well as finest practices for automation.
His dedication, consistency, and efforts have allowed him to reach
the position of ServiceNow integration architect. In this job role, he handles
several applications of the company along with ServiceNow Integrations. Today,
he comes among the automation experts in the domain of information technology.
While gaining up his experience of two decades, he has applied his
management and leadership skills in managing several projects from medium to
large size. Over these years, he has continuously learned something or the
other from every individual with whom he has worked. He considers every
situation as an opportunity to learn.
However, for the times when he is not learning, he is sparing his
time in sharing his knowledge with others.
Tota is fond of devoting his time to teach science to students of
elementary and middle school. He also
takes out time to guide bowl teams from middle school for their competition.
In the year 2015, Satyanarayana Tota
has organized science lessons at the Booker T. Washington community service
center. For this, he collaborated with the UCSF mentor. Tota has also been
teaching at North South Foundation. In addition to this, he also takes out time
to come up with his services at local Milpitas Sai temples.
